Ryan W. Gates has served as the Sr. Director of Marketing for a national retail business, been both a franchisee and a franchisor, owned small businesses, overseen international product launches, and served in various roles of the non-profit sector. He has a BA from Sarah Lawrence College with a focus in production, writing, and psychology as well as an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology with specializations in management, leadership, entrepreneurship and advanced strategy.

Marie Standfast is PANO’s Marketing Manager, overseeing client interactions, ensuring seamless communication, and addressing any challenges that arise. She is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Communication Electronic Media. Lindsey Scheufler is PANO’s Account Coordinator, overseeing project management, client relations, and data analysis. Lindsey began as an intern while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University. Today, Lindsey is key to working with clients on the development and execution of marketing tactics as a key member of the strategic planning team. Her affinity for data analysis and being a forward-thinking strategist makes her invaluable to projects.
Nick Drake
As PANO's Senior Web Designer, Nick Drake has over 15 years of experience in graphic and web design, and has worked both in agencies and in-house. After starting his career at a private equity company and successfully bringing all creative work in-house, Nick moved into project management for a brief time, followed by running his own freelance web design business. He is passionate about user experiences and delivers digital products that are not only beautiful, but accessible and engaging.
Calvin Shadle
As PANO’s Senior Graphic Designer, Calvin Shadle oversees graphic design for all clients and manages the creative direction for all production staff. Calvin is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Media Arts and Applied Arts with a concentration in filmmaking. His background includes various filmmaking endeavors multimedia projects Calvin brings a wealth of experience in both moving image and static design fueled by his desire to create designs with lasting impact.
