Social Media Manager

Full-Time Position in Wichita, KS

As an industry-leading digital marketing organization, PANO Marketing creates social media strategies, content, and reporting for our clients. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to work with the creative team on the development and execution of social media campaigns such as:

  • Social Media Strategy Development
  • Monthly Calendar Planning & Scheduling
  • Static, Animated, and Video Content Design
  • Monthly KPI Reporting
  • And More!

This is a full-time position that reports to the Lead Designer of the Production Team. (A part-time position may also available) Daily duties include strategy meetings, team meetings, content writing, calendar planning, graphic design, photography, videography, responding to comments, working with the reputation management team, monthly KPI reporting, working with clients, and interfacing with the Design Team and Project Managers. The Social Media Manager will work with multiple different brands on various social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

The annual full-time salary for this position is $28,000 – $35,000 per year to start, commensurate with experience. Graphic Designer

Full-Time Position in Wichita, KS

As an industry-leading digital marketing organization, PANO Marketing creates a plethora of graphic content for our clients. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work with the creative team on the development and execution of campaign materials such as:

This is a full-time position that reports to the Lead Designer of the Production Team. (A part-time position is also available) Daily duties include creative kickoff meetings, content planning, design, reviews, and interfacing with the media buying team and Project Managers. The Graphic Designer supports the client services team by designing marketing content and materials for various marketing & communications projects and campaigns for various clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Required)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Required)
  • 2+ years experience in graphic design (Required)
  • Basic videography & photography (Preferred)
  • Experience in creating visual graphics and digital marketing content
  • Experience representing multiple brand voices across multiple channels
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, & self-motivation

Marketing Manager

Full-Time Position in Wichita, KS

PANO Marketing is an industry-leading marketing organization that offers outsourced marketing department services (OMD) to clients in the fields of healthcare, government, nonprofit, and more. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work with the client services team on the development and execution of campaigns such as:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Client Meetings & Reporting
  • Project Management
  • Social Media Planning
  • SEO Content Planning

This is a full-time position that reports to the head of the Client Services Team. Daily duties include kickoff meetings, content planning, project management, meeting with clients, creating reports, and developing strategies. The Marketing Manager will help lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration; identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments; analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies; create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics; and help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing initiatives across multiple clients.

Ryan W. Gates has served as the Sr. Director of Marketing for a national retail business, been both a franchisee and a franchisor, owned small businesses, overseen international product launches, and served in various roles of the non-profit sector. He has a BA from Sarah Lawrence College with a focus in production, writing, and psychology as well as an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology with specializations in management, leadership, entrepreneurship and advanced strategy.
